Paris St Germain won’t be joining the race to sign Robin Van Persie, according to Carlo Ancelotti.
The 28-year-old Arsenal captain revealed last week that he will not sign a new deal with the Gunners when his current contract ends in 12 months’ time.
His potential availability has sparked the interest of a number of top clubs including Manchester City, Manchester United, Juventus and Real Madrid.
But French giants PSG aren’t among the clubs planning a move for the Dutch star according to former Chelsea manager Ancelotti.
He said: "Robin van Persie is not our target but I think there are a number of other clubs who are interested in him.”
